Mechanical, hydraulic, and air-powered dock levelers for seamless truck-to-warehouse transitions. We install, repair, and maintain all major brands. A properly functioning leveler protects your workers, your freight, and your forklifts.

  • New installation
  • Hydraulic cylinder repair
  • Deck & lip replacement

Dock Seals & Shelters

Foam-pad seals and full-curtain shelters that keep weather, pests, and energy costs out of your facility. Critical for temperature-controlled warehouses, food distribution, and pharmaceutical storage.

Dock Bumpers

Laminated and molded rubber bumpers that absorb truck impact and protect your building structure. Often overlooked until they fail — we inspect and replace worn bumpers before they become a liability.

  • Laminated bumper sets
  • Molded rubber bumpers
  • Steel-faced bumpers
  • Bolt-on & weld-on styles

Vehicle Restraints

Mechanical and powered restraint systems that lock trailer ICC bars in place, preventing dangerous trailer creep during loading and unloading. Required by OSHA guidelines at many facilities.

  • Mechanical hook restraints
  • Powered restraint systems
  • Restraint indicator lights
  • OSHA compliance review

Dock Lighting

LED dock lights and pit lights that illuminate trailer interiors and dock pits, reducing accidents and improving productivity during early-morning and late-night operations.

  • LED dock light installation
  • Adjustable arm lights
  • Pit & under-leveler lighting
  • Electrical hookup

Preventive Maintenance

Scheduled inspection and lubrication programs that catch worn components before they cause costly downtime. We document every visit so you have a complete service history for each dock position.

  • Lubrication & adjustment
  • Wear component reporting
  • Service history records

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should a dock leveler be serviced?
Dock levelers used 10–30 times per day should be serviced semi-annually. High-volume docks (30+ cycles/day) need quarterly service. Light-use docks can be serviced annually. Regular service includes lubrication, hydraulic fluid checks, spring inspection, and a full operational test.
What are the signs a dock leveler needs repair?
Key warning signs include: the leveler drifting down under load, slow or sluggish operation, hydraulic fluid visible in the pit, the lip not extending fully, or unusual grinding or banging noises during operation. Any of these warrant a professional inspection.
Do you service all brands of dock levelers?
Yes. We service and repair all major dock leveler brands including Rite-Hite, Serco, Kelley, Pentalift, McGuire, and others. We stock common replacement parts and can source components for less common brands.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency dock repair?
Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency service for loading dock equipment failures in the greater Atlanta area. Call (678) 234-7719 for emergency response.
Are vehicle restraints required by OSHA?
OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1) requires that trailers be secured against movement during loading and unloading. Wheel chocks are the minimum requirement, but mechanical or powered vehicle restraints are the most reliable solution and are required at many facilities.
